2027 Shift Calendar Pack: Terms of Sale

1. What you get. One digital download for the rotation you selected: PDF (Portable Document Format) calendar pages and ICS (iCalendar) calendar files for calendar year 2027.

2. License. When you pay, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your personal or household use, or for internal use at your own workplace (for example, posting on a break-room board for your crew). You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, upload to a file-sharing or template site, or sell printed copies. We keep all rights not granted here.

3. Unofficial calendar. Verify your schedule. These calendars are informational only and are not issued or endorsed by any employer, department, union or agency. Your employer's or department's posted schedule governs. Before you rely on any date, check it against your actual schedule. We are not responsible for missed shifts, pay, discipline, overtime or scheduling decisions based on the files. Holidays shown are US federal holidays only and may not match your employer's holidays.

4. Provided "as is." TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. This does not limit your rights under our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of liability. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE FILES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THEM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST WAGES.

6. Payment and delivery. Stripe processes payment. The download link appears after payment and can be reused from the same link. If a download fails, email us.

7. Refunds. See our Refund Policy at https://shift-calendar-pack.pages.dev/refunds/.

8. Governing law. Indiana law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, unless the law where you live gives you a right to sue there.

9. Changes. We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms shown when you bought apply to your purchase.
