    Choose a date in January 2027 that your posted schedule says you work, and one you're off.

  2. Find your line

    The "Find your line" page shows every line's first 28 days of 2027. Find the one that matches, then check two or three more dates.

  3. Print and import

    Print that line's year page and import that line's calendar file into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

Questions

Which holidays are marked?

The 11 US federal holidays for 2027, on their observed dates, from the Office of Personnel Management schedule. Your employer's holidays may differ.

My crews have different letters. Will it still match?

Yes. Crew letters differ between employers, so the pack includes every start position of the rotation. Match by dates, not by letter.

Are shift start and end times included?

No. Each shift is an all-day event on the date it starts. A night shift sits on the evening it begins.

Do I need an app or an account?

No. You get plain files: a PDF (Portable Document Format) file to print and ICS (iCalendar) files to import.

Is this my official schedule?

No. It's an unofficial calendar. Your employer's or department's posted schedule governs. Check a few dates against it before you rely on it.
