Refund Policy

Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the files are downloaded, except:

• Defective or wrong file: if a file won't open, is the wrong rotation, or has a date error in the pattern you bought, email hello@manufacturingentropy.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email. We will send a corrected file or give a full refund, whichever you prefer.
• Never downloaded: if you haven't downloaded the files, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days.
• Charged twice: we refund duplicate charges at any time.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank sets how long the money takes to appear. Asking for a refund doesn't affect any right the law gives you.
